Once your transaction has been successfully made, you will receive 2 emails. One email is a receipt for your payment and the second is a Voucher for your tickets. You will receive the Voucher and Receipt at the email address you provide at the time of purchase. If you do not receive these emails immediately after purchase (within 1 hour), please check your spam folder. Refunds may be requested when an event has been cancelled or under certain ’emergency’ conditions. If an event is cancelled, you will automatically receive a refund and do not need to call or email. If you wish to request a refund, do so by calling (941) 870-7444 or email email@example.com.
Processing fees are consumed by 3rd parties at the time of purchase and can not be refunded.
